Order Processing

Orders placed by 2:00 PM on working days are shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on non-working days are shipped on the next working day.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive the necessary information to track your package.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery is made by express courier, within 1-3 working days from order dispatch.

This timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on the location, the courier's package volume, or situations beyond Kitman's control.

Shipping Cost

The shipping cost is calculated and displayed at the end of the order process, before payment.

Shipping is free for orders over 500 lei.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive the AWB number to track the status of your package.

If you have not received tracking information within 2 working days of placing your order, please contact us.

Delays or Lost Packages

If delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, first check the package status using the AWB number.

If the status does not update for an unusually long period or the package appears lost, contact us and we will investigate the situation with the courier company.
